One Everyday Faith YSE cross, one gold-plated chain in your choice of 16, 18, 20 or 22 inches, and a presentation box. Any applicable tax or shipping charge will be confirmed in writing before payment.
What are YSE gemstones?
YSE, pronounced ICE, uses laboratory-created silicon-carbide gemstones. They are a different material from natural or laboratory-grown diamond. This cross design features twelve round gemstones; final specifications are confirmed before purchase.
Is the chain solid gold?
The included chain is gold-plated. Gold plating is a surface finish, not solid gold. Final chain base metal, cross metal composition and measurements will be provided with your order details.
Which chain length should I choose?
16 inches sits closer, 18 is a classic everyday choice, 20 offers more room, and 22 gives a longer drape. Fit depends on your neck size and neckline. Measure a necklace you already enjoy, or use a string to compare lengths.
How do ordering and payment work?
Choose a chain length and send your request. Your selection and contact details are saved for David to review. He will confirm the final product specifications, availability, delivery, any shipping or tax, return terms and payment instructions before you pay. Sending a request does not charge you or reserve stock.
When will it arrive? Can I return it?
Delivery timing and return terms are confirmed in your written order details before payment. If you have a gift date in mind, include it in your request so David can confirm whether it can be met.
How should I care for a plated chain?
Use a soft, dry cloth. Keep it away from perfumes, cleaners, swimming pools and extended moisture. Store separately when not worn. Plating can wear with use; follow the care instructions provided with your final piece.
